I'm looking forward to DJ'ing a private event hosted by Tiffany & Co. from 6:30-8:30pm this evening in Toronto, Canada at their Bloor Street location. Check back in tomorrow, as I'll be sharing the top five tracks I play at the event for you to check out. Stay tuned!
I'd like to thank every one of you that follows my Instagram, which is technically a day-to-day mood board for my personal brand. If you would like for me to stop by your page to check it out, leave a comment on this post or shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I always love seeing what my followers are up to! Thanks for the support.
It's always a pleasure shooting with my good friend and Brooklyn-based photographer Cory Vanderploeg. I have known Cory for quite some time now, and he's by far one of my favourite photographers to shoot with. Here's a preview below, and visit my Instagram to see more.
I was recently asked what 'time is precious' means to me, and here's what I had come up with – "some of us live as though time is infinite, when the reality of it is that it isn't. Time is the real luxury; don't take it for granted." It's important to ask yourself where your feet are, and be in the present moment at all times.
Although this photo was captured during my trip to Tokyo, Japan earlier in the year, I thought the Learn To Fly hat made sense for my recent travels to Lima, Peru. I'll be away on a family vacation for the next two weeks, and look forward to sharing my journey via Instagram. Hope you enjoy following along!
It's always a pleasure landing in New York City and seeing the familiar faces of my good friends, including none other than Brooklyn-based photographer Cory Vanderploeg. I've been lucky enough to shoot with him in various art galleries in Chelsea, a neighborhood on the West Side of the borough of Manhattan in NYC, the last few times I've been in the city. Here are some shots he captured of me a few months ago! Hope you like them.
Earlier in the summer, my brother and I stopped by Exhibition Place in downtown Toronto with a camera and skateboard. Here's a preview of what we captured. Stay tuned for a short video that we'll be releasing in the near future!
I would like to thank the ONE Campaign for having me DJ their event last night at the Hudson Hotel in New York City. It was an honour to play for such an inspiring campaign. ONE is an international campaigning and advocacy organization of nearly 7 million people taking action to end extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa – because the facts show extreme poverty has already been cut by 60% and can be virtually eliminated by 2030, but only if we act with urgency now. Co-founded by Bono, ONE raises public awareness and work with political leaders to combat AIDS and preventable diseases, increase investments in agriculture and nutrition, and demand greater transparency so governments are accountable to their citizens.
Thanks for stopping by my personal website, specifically designed for DJ'ing. For those of you who don't know much about me, I'd like to give you a short elevator pitch. I'm an open-format DJ, represented by PRE.VEYOR, a New York based full-service entertainment company, and multidisciplinary designer currently residing in Toronto, Canada. Over the last year, I have played both corporate and club gigs around the world, including New York, Tokyo, The Dominican Republic, and Toronto. Most recently, I played alongside Brendan Fallis at the Mackage Toronto Fashion Week After-Party, and Juelz Santana at Up & Down in New York City. Beyond DJ'ing, I'm the co-owner and creative director of Daily News Project, a Toronto-based fashion house inspired by the architecture of life. The line embodies a flare in construction by re-interpreting conventional design aesthetics, while fusing them with a more modern silhouette.
