Canadian-born Guillaume Viau has become one of the most sought after open-format DJs worldwide through his exceptional ability to read a crowd, taste in music, and unique style. Over the last few years, Viau has provided music for some of the most high-profile events around the globe for clients such as Hermès, Spotify, Louis Vuitton, Google, Rémy Martin, Tiffany & Co., and the NBA, to name a few. He also boasts a celebrity roster that includes performances for Selena Gomez, Young Thug, and Nick Jonas, while his most recent honors include playing for Spotify alongside The Killers, Travis Scott, and Z-Trip at Cannes Lions.
In 2019, Guillaume released his debut single alongside fellow DJ and producer Conor Stief under the duo’s alias Flight School. After dropping a series of remixes in 2018, which received support from
the likes of The Chainsmokers and Lost Kings, Flight School released their first original single “Figure It Out” (feat. CVBZ). The track had the highest debut on Canadian Top 40 charts since Jessie Reyez in 2016. The partnership space has also been one of Guillaume’s strengths, having worked with major companies including American Express, Samsung, Heineken, Armani Exchange, and Coca-Cola on various campaigns. He is often asked to create content for these brands and share it with his audience through social media. Additionally, his interest in design and fashion has inked him two collaborations with close friends and pop superstars The Chainsmokers, where they’ve released an ongoing project called Strange Adventures.
2019 is set to be a landmark year for Viau.
